Year in Review 2021

Time for another year in review.
I was in doubt if I should continue doing this, but I have to admit it feels good to travel back in time and see my struggles and how little did I knew in the past and with each passing year I seem to know less but I’m able to enjoy the little things more often.

2021 started in the most tumultuous way and culminated in the loss of one of my favourite person’s in the whole world. I know we are a reflection of our family and in that way, he will be alive as long as I breathe, but I do intend to spread his joy through stories and in every way I can , so let me just brief you in on whom my grandfather was.

He had the biggest heart and even on the worst days, he would greet every one with his big broad smile and missing front teeth. He was a man of nature, and I learnt a great deal of things by hanging out with him. Overall he was just a lovely old man and this might be one of the best pic I have of him in his full glory.

But after all that, one of the highlights of my life happened. The realization of one of my biggest dreams. Working for Wizards of the Coast has been a bliss and better than I could’ve imagined.

Can’t show anything yet though - Sorry!!

If I took this post to ramble about everything that happened this year, it would probably turn into a book, so I’ll just leave it be with my lowest low and my highest high.

Now talking about books - Shagmouth is coming together but it will still take a while until it’s finished. I’ll keep you updated, I promise.

The only thing left to say is that I’m pretty excited with the future and hopefully to begin 2022 in the best way possible and I sure hope you can do the same.

With this I end the year,

I hope your journey was as full of bumps as mine was because most of us tend to fall asleep in highways.

Big hug, Ink
